And low-and-behold, I stumbled upon Roadhouse Cafe! The chain is huge in Nepal, with their only international outlet in GK, Delhi. And they do not let you down! Rohan, the manager, started the vegan menu just this year, after extensive conversations with a friend who convinced him of the benefits of a plant-based diet.
